Delete your Kuttsy account

Deleting your account removes your account, your sign-in details and your whole cut history from Kuttsy. It cannot be undone. The videos in your phone’s gallery are not touched.

In the app

1. Open Kuttsy and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account and its data are deleted right away.

Without the app

If you have uninstalled Kuttsy or cannot sign in, email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Kuttsy account”, from the email address on the account (the one you signed in with, or the one Apple or Google gave us). We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email. If you signed in with Apple using a hidden address, say so and we will find the account from the details you can give.

Cancel your subscription first

A subscription bought on kuttable.com is cancelled with the account. One bought in the app keeps billing through the store until you cancel it there:

• Google Play: Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Kuttsy → Cancel.
• Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kuttsy → Cancel Subscription.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted: your account and sign-in details, every cut in your history, and your plan and credit records.

Kept for a limited time, as the privacy policy says: purchase records for 7 years, because tax law requires it; logs for about 30 days. Neither can be used to sign in or to reopen a cut.
